Referral Programme Terms

QuietMacro Premium members can create a personal invite link inside the Telegram bot with the /refer command. When someone you invited subscribes, you earn commission under the terms below. This document is our commitment to you — please read it before you start promoting.

⚠️ This programme is NOT an investment opportunity, not guaranteed income, and there is no joining fee. Commission only arises when someone actually pays.

1. Who can take part

You must hold an active Premium membership to create an invite link — including Premium we gifted you. If your membership lapses you can no longer create new links, but every commission already recorded remains yours and is still paid out under section 4.

2. Attribution: first touch, never overwritten

• Someone is attributed to you only if they tap your link on their FIRST arrival at the bot. People who were already our users are not attributed to anyone, whichever link they tap.
• Attribution is permanent and never overwritten: once somebody is attributed to you, no one else's link can replace that.
• You cannot refer yourself.
• People who arrive via your link get no free trial — they pay the listed price like every other customer.

3. Commission rate

20% of every payment your referred customer makes, with no cap on the number of periods: if they renew for a twelfth month, you earn on the twelfth month too. Commission is calculated on the Telegram Stars we actually receive, and excludes any app-store (Apple/Google) surcharge paid by the buyer.

We may agree a higher rate with individual partners. Any rate change applies only to NEW customers attributed after the change: each customer's rate is fixed at the moment of attribution and is never recalculated retroactively.

4. When commission settles and is paid

• Settles 21 days after the corresponding payment. Anything younger than 21 days is shown as "maturing" and is not paid yet — during that window the customer can still request a refund (Refund Policy: 14 days on a first payment), and Telegram itself holds Stars revenue for a comparable period.
• Refunded payments earn no commission. If a payment is refunded AFTER we already paid you the commission, the amount already paid is not clawed back — it is offset against later periods instead.
• Minimum payout: 1,000 ⭐. Below that it carries over to the next cycle; nothing is lost. To be plain about it: at the current price one customer generates roughly 380 ⭐/month, so with a single customer it takes about 3 months to reach the threshold.
• Real payout cycle: T+30 to T+45 from the customer's payment — not "end of month". The reason is how long Telegram holds Stars revenue before it can be withdrawn.

5. How you get paid

Your commission ledger is kept in the unit we receive (Telegram Stars). At payout you choose one of the following, agreed in advance by message:

• Extra Premium days added to your account (converted at the subscription price on the day of payout — e.g. 380 ⭐ ≈ 6 days).
• Telegram Stars or a Telegram Premium gift.
• Money, by a method both sides agree on.

We do not store your wallet, bank details or any payment information in our systems. Payouts are performed manually, never automatically.

6. What you can and cannot see

The /refer command shows you: how many people arrived via your link, how many are currently paying, and how much commission has settled, is maturing, and has been paid. Out of respect for our users' privacy, you are not shown the identity, name or Telegram ID of anyone you referred.

7. How to promote — and what is prohibited

• You must clearly disclose that this is a paid promotional relationship when you recommend us (platforms such as TikTok, X and YouTube require sponsored-content labelling).
• DO NOT promise profits, win rates or "getting rich": QuietMacro is an analysis tool, not investment advice.
• DO NOT publish paid content (signals, entries, stop losses, targets) to attract sign-ups.
• DO NOT spam, do not run paid ads on the QuietMacro brand, do not create fake accounts or buy through your own link.
• DO NOT impersonate QuietMacro or claim to be our employee.

8. Termination & changes

We may revoke your invite link and stop commission if we detect fraud (fake accounts, self-purchases through your own link, mass chargebacks) or a breach of section 7 — in that case commission arising from the fraudulent activity will not be paid. We may also change or end the programme; if we do, we will give notice through the bot and commission already settled will still be paid under section 4.
