Privacy Policy

QuietMacro respects your privacy. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights when using the QuietMacro website and related services.

1. Data we collect

• Subscription details: your Telegram user ID, your Telegram name and username (@username), and your language preference when you start a chat with the bot — so we can deliver the content you subscribed to in the right language and recognise your account when you contact support. We never publish this information and do not display it anywhere on the website.
• Payment details: when you buy a paid plan with Telegram Stars, all collection of money is handled by Telegram (and the app store where you bought your Stars). We do not receive, process or store your card or bank account details — we receive only your Telegram user ID, a transaction reference, the number of Stars and the cycle expiry date, which is the minimum needed to activate and renew your plan.
• Messages you send to the bot: when you contact us via /support (or message the bot), we store what you sent and our reply, so we can handle your request and keep a record of it — especially for payment-related matters. In addition, if you use the AI question-and-answer feature (paid plans), we store the questions you send and the answers you receive, together with your Telegram user ID and any thumbs-up/down rating you give. We keep these to operate the feature, to understand what our customers need, and to improve answer quality. They are deleted automatically after 30 days, or sooner if you ask — see section 5.
• Technical data: server logs and basic access metrics (browser type, access time) used to operate and secure the system.

Your questions are processed by our AI provider in order to generate an answer. Please do not send passwords, identity documents, account numbers or other sensitive personal data to the bot.

2. How we use data

• To provide and deliver the analytical content you subscribed to.
• To activate, renew and manage your paid plan.
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the Service, including reviewing questions sent to the AI assistant to improve answer quality.
• To contact you about important account or service matters.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Sharing with third parties

We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate:

• Telegram: both the delivery channel for our content and the processor of Stars payments; your use of Telegram is governed by Telegram’s own policies.
• Web hosting infrastructure: serving static pages and assets.

We may also disclose data where required by law.

4. Cookies & analytics

The website is static and minimises tracking. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not profile you across sites. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics: it sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device and does not collect personal data — it records aggregate page views only, and it loads only once you interact with the page. If we add any other analytics tooling, we will update this policy.

5. Retention & security

We keep data only as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. We apply reasonable technical safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.

AI chat history is deleted automatically 30 days after each message. We keep it that long so the assistant can follow the thread of a conversation and so we can improve answer quality — we do not keep it indefinitely. You can also ask us to delete your chat history at any time, before the 30 days are up: send /support <your message> to the bot, or email us (see section 6). We will confirm once it is done.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and opt out of communications. To do so, contact support@quietmacro.com. You can also stop using the Telegram bot at any time.

7. Minors

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Updates take effect when published, and the “Last updated” date above will change accordingly.
