Welcome to QuietMacro (“the Service”, “we”), a software tool for macro analysis of gold (XAU/USD), Bitcoin and foreign exchange. By accessing the QuietMacro website, subscribing to content via Telegram, or purchasing a paid plan, you agree to the Terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

QuietMacro is an analysis and information tool. It aggregates news, price data and public indicators, then presents them as a directional view with a confidence level, a time horizon and technical reference levels.

QuietMacro is NOT investment advice, not a buy/sell recommendation, and not a personalised financial advisory service. We do not manage money, do not accept funds in trust, do not hold assets, do not execute trades on your behalf, and do not promise any level of return. Every trading decision is yours alone and taken at your own risk.

2. Investment risk

Trading gold, cryptocurrency and foreign exchange carries high risk and can result in the loss of your entire capital. Past performance — including the track record published on this site — does not guarantee future results. You should consider your objectives, experience and risk tolerance, and seek independent professional advice if needed, before making any decision.

3. Accounts & subscription

Some content is delivered through a Telegram bot after you subscribe. You are responsible for keeping your Telegram account and credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate and current information when asked.

4. Paid plans & payment

QuietMacro offers a recurring paid subscription on a 30-day cycle. Payment is made using Telegram Stars (XTR) — Telegram’s in-app payment unit — directly inside the bot, and is subject to Telegram’s terms as well as the terms of the app store where you purchased your Stars. We do not collect, process or store your card or bank account details; we receive only the data listed in the Privacy Policy — your Telegram user ID, a transaction reference, the number of Stars and the cycle expiry date — in order to activate your plan.

The subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from within Telegram (your app’s subscription management screen); paid access continues until the end of the cycle you have already paid for. 5. Acceptable use

Paid content is for your personal use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publish or share paid content with third parties. You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access, scrape, or place undue load on our systems.

6. Intellectual property

All content, software, trademarks and materials in the Service are owned by QuietMacro or its licensors. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Service under these Terms.

One exception — the public track record. The scored performance numbers we publish on the site, together with the file at /data/track_record.json, are released under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence (CC BY 4.0): you may quote, republish and recompute them, including commercially, provided you credit QuietMacro. This exception covers those measurements only — not the analyses, the levels, the charts or any paid content.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Content is generated by an AI system and may contain errors, omissions or delays. We make no warranty as to accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, QuietMacro is not liable for any loss, trading damage, lost profit, or indirect or incidental damage arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, including any arising from its analytical content. You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when published on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will change accordingly.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. You are responsible for complying with the laws applicable where you reside, including any rules on financial trading, foreign exchange and crypto assets.
